Recognized by Yoga Alliance as an expert yoga instructor (E-RYT 500), Gyanpriya learned the practices of Yoga at one of only 4 institutions designated by the Prime Minister of India as official centers for Yoga training in the country. Educated in the traditional gurukul style, she has been trained in Yoga philosophy, practice, mindset, and lifestyle.

This comes through in her teaching style and can be seen by the impact she has on students and clients. Gyanpriya teaches a wide range of Yoga practices (including postures, Meditation, Pranayama, and other more advanced practices) relevant to practical, day-to-day life. She is adept at designing and instructing classes and programs that meet the needs of both new and experienced practitioners.
