A therapeutic bodywork session incorporating a variety of healing modalities such as deep tissue, light stretching, Swedish rejuvenation, energy balancing and reflexology. This is a total mind body experience customized to your needs. If you are new to yoga this is where you start. These classes are for students who are new to yoga or students who haven't practiced in a while. This is the class where we learn to establish a safe and solid foundation for our practice. Basic level classes focus on building strength, flexibility and teaching students how to incorporate the breath into their practice.

If you are new to Yoga, start with a Basic Class. These classes are active but slightly slower moving classes designed for beginners. Our highly trained teachers teach you the fundamentals of yoga including asana (yoga poses), pranayama (yogic breathing), guided meditation and guided relaxation in a comfortable safe environment.
