Made an appointment online for simple spark plug change. Appointment was at 8:30 and as I speak, it is now 12:30. Still waiting. Its not even busy in here right now. However it gave me ample time to write this review

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Avy was amazing from start to finish and not only got me the deal I wanted but was really amazing, informative and even personally delivered my car all the way to Orlando late in the evening. I couldnt be more happier with my new Audi and would recommend the Lakeland Audi team 10x over and over again!

I dealt with Joseph Mortillaro, he is young but good. I am not an easy customer and I know this, Joseph stuck with me, stayed in contact through the process and when we finally came to an agreement he dropped everything and delivered the vehicle to my house. I dealt with one person beginning to end, that's the way it should be. I don't know anything else about this dealership, but Joseph should be a template of how the team operates.

Best Audi service I've experienced. James and Gary are amazing service reps. They have always gotten me a prompt appt and a loaner car when needed. The technicians provide detailed estimates and provide a video of what they found and also include a full vehicle inspection in the video. Ryan did the service work and was top shelf as always.
