I was to close on our new construction home this morning at 10:30 but it’s now 1:45 and the lender hasn’t sent all the paperwork. We started the process back in September so the process hasn’t been quick. We were able to do the one time close construction loan through the VA since they opened the process back up. If this want my last house I would NEVER go through this process again with the VA. It has been an awful process and the loan originator/ his assistant have NOT been easy to work with. The assistant missed, over looked, or just didn’t tell us what was needed. I would not recommend

Jason Noble was so efficient and knowledgeable our realtor said he was the best she had ever worked with. No matter what we threw at them, they had the answers and experience. Jason could crunch numbers in seconds, and explain each step like it was second nature. Stacy Drury guided through the final process and was so kind when we started stressing towards the end. They we're helpful people when it came to explaining everything. A day right before signing, I was told that they could not proceed due to them not verifying important information that should of been verified from the beginning. Ended losing over $2000 dollars. Just because they "missed verifying information".
