Was ok for a year then they started pressuring me to refinance properties that I didnt want to. Then interest rates went down even further so I lost money on the refi. They would pressure me to close on loans even though I would have to pay out of pocket for the closing. I would avoid this company.

We got a great rate and appreciated that Darren matched a slightly better rate quote that we'd gotten from our then-current lender. I had a lot of questions and am probably more involved than the average customer and Darren was patient with answers and always prompt to get back to me. I would have appreciated a little more communication as we didn't hear when our closing date would be until three or four days before.
