We are slowly re-opening Lime Light Fitness and continuing our online Zoom classes. For online classes you will need to download Zoom and create a free account to participate in our online classes. For In studio classes you will need to dress prior to arrival, bring water from home and please bring a mask.

Do I need any experience? Nope! You will learn everything you need to know in our classes. And keep in mind, we all had to begin with level 1;- Also, take advantage of any of our all levels fitness classes as they will make a huge difference in getting stronger and ready for the next level! WOOT! But you're about to get some real fast!

GROUP CLASSES at lime light, simply put, are a fun-filled way to get fit! Here, workouts seem to always be over too fast and you're actually looking forward to the next one, which often is the very next class! With our small class sizes, you will get plenty of personalized attention resulting in goals=achieved!
