Driven offers an intensive program that focuses on providing a client's body transformation, rejuvenation and restoration through personal training, massage therapy and chiropractic care. One-on-one customizable training, virtual workout parties & classes from anywhere in the world (home, outside, resident gym).

Custom programs with individualized attention for those who have special needs or may be uncomfortable working out in a group. This includes readiness programs for athletes, firefighters, law enforcement, and military. We offer our training and chiropractic clients a variety of massage therapy at one price and include hot stones, bamboo, and aroma therapy at no additional cost at our Swann Avenue location.

Message from Trainer: Personal training programs have served well for the majority of our clients as a starting point in their fitness journey, then often they will begin personal training in Semi-Private sessions after feeling comfortable and reaching their initial fitness goals. Beginner-level sessions are typically best for those who have been exercising less than 3 months.

After fitness testing and screenings our team will provide a program recommendation along with pricing options based on your goals and budget. Your first workout is free with us along with the evaluation to discuss your goals.
Evaluations
Report
Fitness Evaluations include body fat testing, body measurements, and a comprehensive series of preliminary tests to help clients gauge where they should start their fitness journey. Every fitness evaluation includes a basic preliminary health screening. Functional and movement assessments are one of the best ways to gain an understanding of what to address with a client's resistance and flexibility-training program.
Hybrid Personal Training

This setting is available to clients on personal training programs during peak times to allow flexibility with schedules. Clients can come into a private setting and still receive their own custom workout while working along side other clients needing similar peak time slots. Max set limit 5 clients per hour.
Restorative Exercise
Report
Previous injuries are known to cause muscular imbalances, limited flexibility, reduction in proprieception, balance limitations, and/or loss of endurance. We can help assist in designing a program that provides positive progress towards more functional or extra curricular activities. After surgery and physical therapy, we can assist in the transition back to full function.
