Moves are safe and easy to follow, and our instructors encourage everyone to make whatever choices work best for their bodies. We're livestream on Zoom 7 days/week. No pressure, judgement or competition.

Instead of focusing on changing your body because of what it can't do, our classes help you realize what it CAN do, right here, right now. Online Workouts

You don't need to know a thing about dance or fitness. Our instructors are the BEST at coming up with simple moves and helpful word cues so you can turn your brain off and just follow along. They'll give different intensity options so YOU can choose what works best for YOU. Last but not least, all workouts can be done with very little space, no equipment and with or without impact (aka jumping).

Can't remember the last time you worked out? Never taken a dance class? NO WORRIES. Everyone here is super FRIENDLY and focused on having FUN, not judging each other. And you'll NEVER GET BORED with classes like Zumba, Hip Hop, Circuit Training, Pilates and more. Classes rotate in and out of the schedule, but these are our most popular.

Our instructors genuinely LOVE teaching (they do it on top of some pretty demanding day jobs!) and LOVE getting to know you. Don't be surprised when they know your name in no time and remember you even if you haven't been to class in 5 years.
Every instructor has formal dance training and extensive choreography and teaching experience, but in class, it's all about YOU! Our passion and specialty is creating classes that even absolute beginners to dance AND fitness will feel confident and successful doing.Still coming 3 yrs later! One of the more affordable workouts in this city, and the enthusiasm and positivity of he instructors can't be beat!

What are other students like? Ages 20s to 70s who fall into 2 very different camps that play perfectly together because they're all friendly, supportive and here to have FUN! Camp 1 = absolute beginners to both dance and fitness. Camp 2 = people who took dance growing up and hate "working out" because it's super boring and hard.
