We're blessed to live in a region with an abundance of seafood. From locally caught salmon, halibut, or tuna, to freshly caught Dungeoness crab, spot prawns, oysters, or clams, we seem to have it all. Okay, so maybe we don't have fresh lobster, but we can buy them. And what's better than fresh seafood?
