Pike & Western Wine Shop
Pike and Western, in Seattle's Pike Place Market, is a shop rooted in the modern-day history of wine in Seattle yet fully excited about the present, and the future, of the ever-changing world of wine. At Pike and Western you will find the old, the owner Michael Teer, and the new, the young crew that helps him in all ways.

We taste together, we collaborate, and all contribute to every aspect of this mostly analog shop. Whether you are looking for an everyday drinker, great Grower Champagne, wine made from grapes you've never heard of, or a scarce Barolo, we can help!

About Pike & Western
Report
Pike and Western may be an old wine shop, founded in 1975, but it is constantly evolving. We look for wines that speak of where, whom and the culture they come from, recognizing that there is no one way towards deliciousness. But delicious it must be. Being in the Pike Place Market all these years has fostered a sense of independence making it easy to sell only what we love.
Wine Clubs
Report
We taste and taste each month to find the very best, most unique wines we can find, we give you descriptions that we write and out goal is to help make you a savvier wine consumer. And we offer something few do; as long as you are a Wine Club member you are automatically enrolled in our discount club, The Soul Wine Society, where you get 15% ALL wine purchases at the shop.
Tastings
Report
We will resume our Friday afternoon wine tastings as soon as we feel it is safe for everyone. Our Friday afternoon tastings give you the opportunity to try three new wines every week. Our selections are eclectic and change every week. We pour from 3-6pm, and there is a $5 charge (tax included). Of course if you're a Pike and Western Wine Club member or in the Soul Wine Society there is no charge.
