In a style of it's own origins, which include picking super ripe grapes, and then slowly drying anywhere from 3 weeks to 6 months to produce this nector of Italy. Recently, I sat down with 5th generation Wine maker Enrico Nada and tasted through these Fab wines. All from their own properties in Barolo.
