They. Agree to buy my car we set up for 11am , I decided to contact them since they didnt show up for them to tell me they change their mind. I have the car in a shop thats being charge por day , I could have sell it to somebody else more responsible

Worst experience I've had. I talked to a nice lady who was very helpful but the problem was nothing was communicated to the towing people who were the most unprofessional people I've ever tried to work with. They lied to me about setting up my appointment wasting my time. Then when I tried to see what was going on they lied again then just hung up on me.

I just called this company on behalf of my daughter, who has been trying to get the rest of her money $150 that she is owed for her crashed car they willingly took back in May. I try not to get involved with my kids business, I let them handle things so they can learn. But after she had no luck on her own, calling several times (and then some) I finally step in and when I called this company just 20 minutes ago 10/13/21 @ 2:15 pm. The guy was extremely rude and swore at me and hung up. (I know dealing with a young adult who feels like they have been taking advantage of like my daughter can

Just called to get an estimate for my 2001 Ford Escape, I think the guy said "that's too old" (he said it fast when I was still talking) and then hung up... so I guess they're really picky about their junk. Anyways, I'm disappointed in the false marketing and poor communication skills. They don't even deserve one star for this
