My catalytic converter was stolen from my RV last night. I called Brandon Ford to get a replacement. April Lowe was able to find one for me and have it ready for pick up the same day. She was so helpful and was very sympathetic to my situation. She went out of her way to help me and I want to thank her for making the situation a lot easier.

I want to say that April Lowe of Brandon Ford parts dept. has shown me a new level of commitment to customer service. After needing parts she found, ordered and got them to me within a day. She kept me informed and returned my calls asap. One thing I found out is she has a vast knowledge of Ford parts and where to find them.
April was very professional and has the customers best interest as her first priority. I have dealt with another Ford dealership in this area for over 20 years but will now use Brandon Ford as my go to Dealership. If you need parts for your Ford do yourself a favor and deal
