Easiest possible way to make an appointment-via text and for the next morning! They asked tons of questions, I felt like they cared. The pap portion was quick and painless, and I felt comfortable (if you can ever be comfortable in that position). I would agree that the lab process seems a bit off-next time; I will ask for a slip and go to quest. The only confusion comes in because there is no "reception" and no sign. No one was there to greet me, and I felt confused. Another client informed me to sit, wait and someone would come to me.

So far I think Dr. Guzman is great! Don't see Dr. Russell though, she will just call you in for useless appointments over and over so she can collect more $$ and then refer you to someone else! My problem is with the staff who are supposed to be scheduling surgeries! I waited 5-7 business days as instructed but received no response (this is the second surgery I've had issues with). I have made multiple phone calls (at least 5) to the surgical department trying to get my surgery scheduled. I also complained twice to the front desk. I have waited 13 business days now but haven't heard

Unprofessional and lack of follow up. Don't go here. Waste of time and money. You'll always leave a message, but don't expect a call back. They could care less about you and anything you're experiencing.

All of the providers I have seen are patient, caring, amazing, and take the time to listen. Clean rooms with cute decor. There is MomDoc and MomDoc Midwives. In my experience the midwives facility and staff are my preference over the MomDoc facility. Nurturing and thorough. Never a bad experience.

Do not trust this clinic with the health of you or your baby. I was just notified last week that Dr. Guzman never received my medical records and is unaware of all my history, labs, genetic testing, and conditions. The office manager told me they were unsuccessful in obtaining my records in March, and no one mentioned it. So after 2 weeks of having UTI symptoms with the pain now traveling to my back, the staff is telling me it's normal. They didn't input their own test results for me, and they are unaware of my kidney history because they don't have my records and never communicated

If I could leave zero stars I would. I've also reported them to OSHA and the AZ dept. Of health. The ultrasound technician was rude and had no personality. The staff are unorganized lazy and rude. We walked in to an empty waiting room with Journey Whitesnake and REO Speedwagon blaring over the speakers. Sat unattended for almost 10 minutes until an employee walked in the front door and asked if we'd been helped. After the ultrasound we were placed in a room and were told it would be 10 to 20 minutes for the provider to come speak to us. We waited almost an hour without a single person

I love this place and everyone who works here. I've been going here since about midway through my first pregnancy in mid 2019. I'm pregnant again and have chosen this location to be my primary care during this second pregnancy. I see a few different providers here but they are all wonderful. Karen Evancic delivered my first child and it would be awesome if she's available for the second as well, but I have confidence that whoever is available that day will be just as caring and supportive.
