Brought our newborn here and they did not enforce the mask policy so there were people in the waiting room without a mask on although there were signs posted on the door and around the room. Also waited 40 minutes to be taken back and another 10 minutes to have follow up appointments scheduled.

This place at first was great. After a few visits their true colors started to show. This place has hands down the worst customer service. Everyone on the phone is extremely rude. They hardly have compaction over the phone, and quite frankly, there was hardly any in person. These are our children.. Parents worry and they do not care. They will show you. They slack on everything. Please reconsider choosing Healing Hearts as your pediatric.

Experience1 : I am sharing my recent experience withDr. Khurana I had an appointment schedule at 4:10 PM for my newborn baby, I reachedon time and checked in before 10 mins. I was told to wait for Doctor and I was being waited more than 30 mins for doctor andwith having newborn baby it is not easy to stay at wait too long then finally Icame out from room and ask with staff that, Does Dr Khurana in the office today? We have been waiting for than 30 mins. They said she is with another patient -what to say that means Doctor has off schedule & unprofessional and no valuesof newborn and family

Dr. Khurana is personable, thorough, and knowledgeable. The front desk staff adjusted the schedule to work around a miscommunication which saved us an extra trip for a separate appointment. We love Healing Hearts Pediatrics!
