He was trained in Internal Medicine (Doctors for Adults) for 3 years at St. John Hospital and Medical center in Michigan, after that he served as the Chief Medical Resident for one year at the same hospital and its clinics, following that he did one year of extra training in Endocrine diseases at Henry Ford Hospital in Michigan.

Prescription Refills
Report
For all of your medications prescription refills, please call us or call your pharmacy at least 48 hours in advance before running out of your medications. Every effort will be made to approve your request the same day it is received. Prescription refills are filled only during office business hours when the physician has access to your medical records.

An annual exam is required once yearly for all patients of The Wellness Medical Clinic. The annual exam is a designated time to review all problems, medications and ensure that all cancer screening and other preventive measures are up to date. Please arrive 45 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete paperwork.
Advanced Directives
Report
Advance care directives, like a Living Will and/or a Durable Health Care Power of Attorney, allow others to follow your directions about your health care. They are your "blueprint" for what you do or do not want done in given situations. Advance care directives can provide specific instructions on how to proceed or the information your surrogates need to fulfill your intent.
