
At Ardy's Pilates Studio we teach people how to move their bodies and become functionally fit. We've been a leader in the central coast area since opening the studio in 2000. We specialize in teaching on the Pilates Apparatus to people of all ages, including teenagers and to those all the way up into their 80's.
People come to us to create harmony between muscular strength and flexibility, for rehab after injuries, or to challenge their fitness in a new way. We customize each session or class to meet your goals. We are passionate about our teaching and you will feel this in your body. Through core strengthening along with the six principles of the Pilates Method: centering, control, flow, breath, precision, and concentration.

Private training will get you off to a perfect start in your pilates journey, or advance you if you've already begun. One on one sessions are tailored to your specific needs and goals. The apparatus classes at Ardy's are small groups (limit of 5) where you get to feel what the springs can fully do for your body.
