Services
TRX Suspension Training
TRX Suspension Training utilizes proprietary straps and bodyweight resistance to build total-body strength, improve balance, and enhance core stability. This adaptable system accommodates all fitness levels through adjustable intensity techniques. Our certified instructors guide participants through progressive exercises that simultaneously engage multiple muscle groups while promoting joint health and functional movement patterns.
HIIT Workouts
High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) combines alternating periods of intense exercise with recovery intervals to maximize calorie burn and cardiovascular benefits. Our MX4 program incorporates Matrix equipment, battle ropes, and suspension training for efficient 45-minute sessions. This evidence-based approach delivers improved endurance, power development, and metabolic conditioning through customizable workout parameters.
Indoor Cycling
Our indoor cycling studio offers high-energy group rides featuring resistance training intervals and motivational music. The 45-60 minute sessions combine cardiovascular conditioning with upper-body strength work using handheld weights. Participants benefit from adjustable bike settings and real-time performance tracking while enjoying instructor-led guided rides that simulate outdoor terrain variations.
Yoga Classes
We provide multiple yoga styles including Vinyasa flow, Iyengar alignment, and hot yoga sessions. Our heated studio maintains optimal conditions for deep stretching and detoxification. Classes emphasize proper posture mechanics, breath control, and progressive sequencing to improve flexibility, reduce stress, and enhance body awareness through traditional and contemporary yoga methodologies.
Pilates Training
Our Pilates programs focus on core stabilization, spinal alignment, and muscular balance through mat-based and equipment-assisted exercises. Instructors emphasize controlled movements and breath coordination to improve posture, increase joint mobility, and develop functional strength. Sessions incorporate resistance bands, stability balls, and reformer accessories to accommodate varying skill levels and rehabilitation needs.

HORRIBLE. This place has gone down hill tremendously.. it has essentially turned into a childrens playground. There are kids working out here that are so young it doesnt seem legal (how are 10 year olds using equipment not a liability??) this place is SWARMED with rude and inconsiderate high school kids that leave this gym a mess on a daily basis. Its clear why theyre losing members left and right. You also know its bad when they have signs posted around the gym that if you take your shirt off your membership will be canceled. Youre better off joining planet fitness.

Horrible customer care.... no sauna, water founded , closes 2 hours before closing time, charges an extra $80 a year for no reason, black mold in the bathroom and hall way, half the machines are always broken, tight spaces everything and everyone is on top of each other, if you think signing up to this gym is something for you dont forget when you sign up they lock you in for a year and theres no way out and if you get a friend to join all you get is a big fat nothing. Training station just takes your money and doesnt care about you as a individual.

This gym is horrible. They are scammers. I canceled my membership towards the end of my pregnancy. I noticed they kept charging my account. I called and spoke with a manager and he gave me the run around and said he had to look through the files. I gave him a few days and called back and said he still didn't look through them. Waited a few more days and he said they couldn't find it so they accused me of never canceling and got away with charging me hundreds of dollars.
