CSTC has been committed to serving children and their families for over 20 years. Our staff of exceptionally talented speech-language pathologists and support professionals are dedicated to helping children of all ages. The speech-language pathologists at Children's Speech Therapy Center are all State Licensed and have their Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA).
Speech and Language Evaluation

A speech and language evaluation is performed in order to gain insight regarding your child's speech and language skills within the context of his or her total development. Standardized tests, observational scales, and parental input are used in order to gather information about your child's communication skills.
Pediatric Speech Therapy

CSTC's individual therapy programs are customized to each child. Therapy includes a range of fun activities from exploration and play to tabletop work and specialized skill building. CSTC designs a therapy program specifically for a child's individual needs. Personalized treatment plans and goals are developed and implemented based on the child's evaluation.
IEP Screenings and Consultations

We can help you with your upcoming IEP. CSTC can guide you through the IEP process and make sure that you understand your parental rights. We can also provide a clinical opinion of your child's present level of language performance. We can review the goals and objectives provided by the school before the IEP meeting and give you input on whether they are appropriate for your child.
Social Skills Group

Our social skills groups are run by a licensed speech-language pathologist. They are designed to improve social cognition and executive function skills. Our groups may utilize many different treatment programs, in which our therapists have been trained. These include the Social Thinking Curriculum, Zones of Regulation, and Relationship Development Intervention.
