We provide pediatric speech, language, feeding and occupational therapy services in your home or child's school, in MD, DC & NoVA. Little Sprout Speech goes the extra mile to develop relationships with local area preschools where we serve as the preferred provider. Currently we serve private preschools and pre-k programs in: Gaithersburg, Rockville, North Bethesda, Kensington, Bethesda, Chevy Chase, Potomac & Washington DC. We also serve clients in: Silver Spring, Columbia MD and surrounding areas.
Teletherapy

Little Sprout Therapy and Metro Myo is a teletherapy provider (we were doing this before the pandemic for the DC metro area; MD, DC and NoVA). Pre and Post-op for Tongue & Lip Tie Release (This is medically necessary and essential if you have an infant struggling to feed right now!) We can help continue any therapies that have been paused elsewhere and give you assistance with new routines and activities during the upcoming months as well.
Speech Therapy

We take a whole team approach and are always happy to collaborate with professionals (e.g., school, doctors, other therapists, etc) that play an important role in your child's life. Services are provided in your child's natural environment (e.g., home or school). A comprehensive evaluation is required to begin services.
Orofacial Myology

In-home and/or virtual pediatric & adult orofacial myofunctional therapy services in your home, school or office. Serving Maryland, Washington, DC & Northern VA. Teletherapy available in MD, DC, VA. We work with children through adults and take a whole team approach collaborating closely with professionals that may be an integral part of your or your child's case (e.g., ENT's, dentists, orthodontists, etc).
Feeding Therapy
