What We Do

One Workout That Does It All - connect Iron Flow, Strength, and Cardio movements in our signature group class. We always start with a guided warmup to prepare you for the upcoming workout. We believe warmups are essential, and we design each one to prepare you for the specific movements you'll do in class.

Formed in 2019 as a community center program with a group of friends, IBX Fitness has since evolved into one of the best gyms in the East Bay Area with the goal of providing fitness that can be maintained for your whole life. Strength builds muscle, cardio keeps the heart pumping, but we wanted to find a better way to connect these two training styles that could provide the best of both worlds.
