
Jenise's experience in the field of Pilates is rooted in 20 years of body mechanics study and application. As a child dancer and later a competitive triathlete she learned the importance of the mind and body connection first hand. Living a pain free and active lifestyle, lead her to pursue a comprehensive STOTT PILATES certification in 2011.
Jenise is trained in post-rehabilitation through physical therapist, Melissa Condron. Athletic Reformer courses from mavericks John Garey and Courtney Miller have also inspired her teaching style. Jenise has worked with hundreds of clients throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. Rehabilitation after back and hip surgery where mobility and stability are especially important doing every day activities.
