We are currently offering a hybrid schedule, providing classes live at the academy and virtually on Zoom. Get 2 weeks of classes free by contacting us at evolvetrainingcenter@gmail.com or 650-615-9322. We offer modification for the injured, progressions for anyone who want to increase their overall fitness level and strategies for those who want to go above and beyond.
