I was so fortunate to find Elisabetta! She is a fantastic trainer. She knows when to increase intensity of the workout to keep me reaching my goals but she is also empathetic if I am not feeling well. Her attitude and encouragement keeps me motivated to workout in between our weekly sessions. I have recommended her highly to other people and she takes a unique approach in her training methods, incorporating individual goals and capabilities. I highly recommend her to anybody looking to get fit and work with a trainer in their home.

Elisabetta has been my trainer for 5 years. When I started with her, I had neck and back issues. She has made a real difference in my overall fitness, strength, mobility, and core. She varies exercises; so it's never boring. She motivates you to stay on track and sets a great example to stay active. On top of being a great trainer, I feel that we have a wonderful relationship. I highly recommend her!

Elisabetta is a fabulous, inspirational, and empathetic trainer! I've been seeing her once a week for a few years. She varies the workouts and brings an array of different equipment to keep things interesting. When I've been injured, she takes that into account and modifies the exercises to work around the issue, or later, to strengthen the area and avoid future injuries. I find working with her very motivational to build my overall health and fitness.

Elisabetta has been a huge source of support and motivation for me over the last 2 years, she's fantastic at helping you reach your goals. Elisabetta has a real interest in seeing her clients succeed and become healthier and her warm, caring attitude makes working out fun instead of a chore. I've been through 5 ankle surgeries so my ability to do certain activities is somewhat compromised, Elisabetta aways finds new and challenging things for us to do that takes the limitations into account but still provides a challenging and effective workout. I am fitter and healthier than I have been in a long

Before I started working out with Elisabetta 6 years ago, I did not exercise on a regular basis. Now I see her twice a week and work out at least two other days a week! I'm not giving up this new-found body of mine! She makes exercise fun and rewarding!
