UPPILATES BURLINGAME IS A CLASSICAL PILATES STUDIO dedicated to the teachings of Joseph Pilates. The studio is conveniently located in sunny Burlingame close to public transportation, 101 freeway, and we offer plenty of free parking. In a spacious and welcoming environment, we offer classical Pilates workouts in both private and semi-private sessions performed on Gratz equipment - built from the original design of creator Joseph Pilates.

Regardless of age, fitness level or body type, our experienced instructors tailor workouts for you; whether you are recovering from an injury, cross training for your sport or want to gain core strength, improve flexibility, posture and alignment you'll work towards your personal goals.

How do I prepare for my first session? What do I wear? You should wear clean workout clothes that cover you appropriately, yet allow you to move freely and allow your teacher to see your alignment. For your feet, you can can wear socks or no socks. Please no pants with zippers as it will tear up our equipment.
