Fresh, dry white with notes of apricot and pear at the start and has a long lingering peppery finish. Pair with roast chicken or Thai food. Semi-dry red with a robust and smokey taste. Medium bodied with hints of plum, blueberry, raspberry and cranberry in the nose and finish. Goes great with pizza or grilled red sauce foods.
