
If you think sandwiches are boring, you haven't pigged out at Wally's Deli, "Home of the Hog." Wally's doesn't skimp on the meat, and round rolls mean the meat and cheese are more evenly distributed than in a hoagie. Each Hog has its own dressing selected to best complement its flavor. Some contain homemade Thousand Island dressing, others have sauces made with horseradish or jalapeno sauce.
Owned by Susan and Walter "Wally" Roberts, Wally's Deli has been around for nearly 24 years. She runs the Emmaus shop he runs the Allentown shop, with their daughter Alisha.
