Our unique Hog Sandwich was created through necessity when a legal challenge forced us to innovate beyond traditional hoagies. Today, we operate two locations in Emmaus and Allentown, Pennsylvania, offering fresh ingredients, homemade sauces, and a family-run approach to customer service. Our menu features four sizes of Hog Sandwiches with endless flavor combinations, including meatless options like the popular Veggie Hog. The Allentown location expanded to include breakfast service with grill and fryer capabilities. Owned by Wally and Sue Roberts, with daughter Alisha managing the Allentown store, we maintain strict quality control over every sandwich.Our catering division provides large-format meals for events, including meat trays, party platters, and dessert arrangements. What are your operating hours?
Allentown: Mon-Fri 7am-6pm, Sat 7am-3pm. Emmaus: Mon-Thu 10am-3pm, Fri 10am-6pm, Sat 10am-3pm. Both locations closed Sundays.
Do locations offer different services?
Yes, Allentown includes breakfast service with grill/fryer options. Emmaus is our original location maintaining traditional hoagie shop atmosphere. Catering available at both locations.

Larger menu then the Emmaus location and with the same food quality. Location stinks but its in Allentown. (I tend to avoid business there). Busy location but their food is good.

I wish that I could say great things about this place I really do. Every once and awhile I get hungry for the Wally fish sandwich so I stop in and grab food and each time I remember exactly why I dont frequent. Today is the first time I got kids meals with tax theyre about $6 and this is exactly how each one looks. The fish sandwich is great but over all I believe it to be overpriced and not worth it unless your going for one of their specialty sandwiches alone!

I stopped in today and ordered my favorite. The Surfin' Turkey is such an amazing sandwich. The Smoked Turkey, Tuna, Cheese, Bacon, and Mayo go so well together. It was fresh and delicious. Well done. Thank you!

Used to like this place, but for some reason there was a little girl running around all over. She was behind the counter in the food prep area, in the bathroom, and all over the place. The pork bbq was fatty. Only half of the sandwich was edible.

Great local spot for tasty sandwich options. My kids love the breakfast sandwiches (especially the hen house). i particularly love the pancakes. This has become one of our favorite local go-to food spots
