We have openings in the new 6:30am small group sessions on Tuesday and Thursday mornings! You can email us directly for more information. Join the waitlist and we will get back to you if we have openings for you! We are still taking online clients! You can join both waitlists if you are interested in multiple time slots!

The training style and approach at Lemonade Fit studio focuses on building strength, stability, confidence, healthy habits and a good relationship with your body! It does NOT include all high intensity training classes or CrossFit style training. If you are just looking to get in a sweat, burn a lot of calories and be exhausted after your workouts, there are so many class options in the Charlotte area!

Online Training
Report
Online Training is the best way for me to offer my services at more affordable prices to more women. You can avoid paying the overhead costs at a gym, travel time, the headache of traffic, and those overcrowded, smelly gyms. With online training you have the flexibility to exercise around your schedule, when and where you want!
One-on-One Training
Report
60 minute sessions include a warmup/cool down with use of a foam roller and other self myofascial release tools, as well as a 45-50 minute workout. These sessions allow more time to discuss exercise habits, stress levels, nutrition changes and other concerns. 30 minute sessions include a workout with short breaks to get the most out of the time.
Small Group Training
Report
Semi private group training for up to 6 women. This is a great option for women that need the accountability of in-person training but do not have the budget for one-on-one and need a little bit more flexibility with scheduling. This option is also beneficial for women who like to be pushed harder or motivated by their peers during exercise.

I help women ages 20 - 60 who are ready to make a lifestyle change, find a healthy routine to finally find sustainable weight loss without spending hours in the gym. I require a 3 month commitment for all online programs in order to ensure that we have enough time to begin instilling healthy habits, lifestyle changes and to see results.
