
We offer all of your essential fitness equipment, from squat racks and free weights, to circuit and cardio machines. Our Elite fitness room offers access to cross training workouts and equipment. We have a full calendar of group exercise classes taught in three dedicated rooms, including a heated yoga studio and ride room where we also have Fitness on Demand for Ride anytime.
The regulation basketball court has camps, lessons, pickup for basketball, and is utilized for a volleyball league. Our locker rooms offer deep showers and sauna for relaxing. Our smoothie bar offers several options for refueling from Shake This Smoothies, protein bars, drinks, Black Rifle Coffee and Clean Eatz meals.

Rico, Damien and Chuck felt they had an opportunity to build a program from the ground up, along with a grass roots mentality.
