Our discount for military, seniors (65+), cash and students will now be one FREE class/session. Remember our Refer-a-Friend program; for every package your friend buys you receive a service of equal value. We understand some circumstances are out of your control but all cancellations within 24 hours will be charged the full session/class fee.

Denise Maffia, NCPT - Denise is a comprehensively trained Pilates teacher, both classical and contemporary. She is an NCPT; Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher. She received her mat certification from Power Pilates in 2003 and started teaching out of her home and local dance studios. She completed her comprehensive certification thru Core Pilates NYC in 2006.

Pilates Physique is a Pilates Studio located in Cornelius, North Carolina. Our Pilates Studio offers a variety of classes and sessions to help everyone achieve their personal fitness goals. Pilates is a system of exercises executed on various Pilates apparatus including the mat. There are approximately 500 classical exercises and many hundreds more add-ons to create a whole body & mind experience.

We adhere to our policy to ensure class flow and fitness level consistency and to compensate our teachers that spend countless hours training and maintaining their certifications to deliver you the utmost of expertise and customer service.
