We offer 60-and 90-minute classes in the traditional Bikram inspired hot yoga with 26 + 2, hot flow, Kaiute Yoga, non-heated vinyasa, hot Barre, HIIT yoga, kundalini, yin, reiki, and restore.Take your practice to a new level in our serene room with plenty of natural light. Our space is stocked with a variety of supportive props to help you move into your poses with greater ease, effectiveness, and stability.
