Theres just an amazing feel you get when you walk through those doors. Every class I have attended has been beneficial and the vibe is inviting. The sound bath I went to was incredibly relaxing and I felt the affects immediately and loved every minute of it. I highly recommend coming and dropping in on a class or even buying the passes. Worth every moment and penny spent.

My first yoga class in over a decade. They were kind, inviting, gentle and friendly. And the first class was free. I'll be back.

The best choice I made about where to go for yoga. I started about a month ago, first time ever doing yoga. Julie was super helpful when I attended her class for the first time.

The vibe here is amazing. The class sizes are small and intimate. The instructors do a great job of hitting at the poses to get the most out of stretching. Everytime I leave here, I always feel amazing.

Breath of Life Yoga is run by a wonderful nurse and teacher named Audrey. Her service is so personable over the phone and in person. Her classes are reasonably priced and her membership packages are again, reasonable, compared to other yoga studios. Breath Of Life has an app where you can customize your schedule, classes and her studio is literally open 7 days a week!! Even her cheapest membership gives you 4-6 classes a month, which is realistic for the busy body. I really enjoy the app because it's easy to navigate and there are sooo many instructors on there which is flexible. I love that
