The shipping policy is misleading, it takes longer even when orders are over 200 dollars. To acquire some of the products it is required to enroll in "auto refilling" you can only un enroll once you have get the products, a little thing, but unnecessary bothering.

I think their Lactation/postnatal vitamins are great, but I hate the autorenew and find it reminiscent of a money-making scheme. Why not just let people order when they need to? If you are a busy person you'll have a new shipment on the way (autorenew) and money out of your account before you know it and it's a huge pain to cancel it. Reminds me of those autorenew gym memberships that got a lot of businesses in trouble from a PR standpoint or like banks that assess automatic fees. The autorenew has to go, so knocked off a star for that.

I can only give 3-stars strictly based on customer service. I ordered Ovasitol directly from Theralogix because the site indicated 2 day delivery. THIS STATEMENT IS MISLEADING. Today is September 23rd and I placed my order on September 15th. I still have not received my order because Theralogix courier service (DHL) transferred the package to my local USPS office. I contacted Theralogix customer service and spoke with Delilah on September 21st. She was extremely helpful and explained their shipping practices. Delilah instructed me to call back on September 28th, if I still have not received my
