Artemis Yoga
Fresh air continuously enters each studio and hallways for approximately 6 exchanges per hour. We have installed air purification systems (iWave) to reduce and remove allergens, pathogens, and particles found in viruses. Filtering the air is important to maintain good air quality and our filters are replaced on a regular maintenance schedule.

Air quality is a top priority - our state-of-the-art HVAC system continuously circulates fresh air, filters the air, and purifies the air so you feel confident and safe. If vaccinated, you may practice yoga without a mask, proof of vaccination required. If unvaccinated, you must wear a mask. Step 3: You will enter a waiting room, please use your name that matches our roster as we check attendance with Mindbody.

New to Yoga
Report
Try an Iyengar, Flow Fundamental or Restorative class - these are all suitable for novices. Wear comfortable clothing that will let you move, reach high and low but that is not too baggy so it gets in your way. Wear shorts, sweats, yoga pants - whatever works for you. You might want a layer for the beginning and end of class.
