
We aim to create a sangha or community. We open our doors and our arms to all who seek wellness and guidance. We look for every opportuity possible to serve our neighbors and nuture our surroundings - whether through the practice of yoga or through volunteering, donations, and hands-on help. Founded in 2017 and owned by two local women, the Point is our reason or purpose.
It signfies the goal of a jouney. Through our practice of yoga, we hope that our students' journeys bring them a feeling of peace. We chose the name "The Point" with our mission in mind: to provide a safe, serene, and inclusive space where students can discover optimal wellness through a healthy body, mind and heart.

Class Offerings
Report
Defined as intentionally connecting breath with movement, our vinyasa flow classes incorporate traditional asanas (poses) with pranayama (life force energy, or breath). You will move through a series of poses that are intentionally sequenced to realign the body, reset the nervous system, and settle the mind.
Studio Policies
Report
Preregistration is available several days before the class takes place. Simply log-in to our MindBody site, purchase a membership or class pack, and then pick a class. First time users will need to create an account first. Students are allowed to cancel themselves out of class up to four hours before it starts and often times spots will open up.
