Surya Yoga offers classes and trainings that are fun, educational, de-stressing, challenging, relaxing and thoughtful! All levels are welcome in a variety of classes, beginner yoga, yoga Pilates sculpt, mixed level flow, hot Vinyasa, and restorative yoga! I love yoga. I love everything about yoga. My favorite part is the way yoga makes me feel mentally, which is why I keep coming back for more! It's as if all my problems go away just for that time that I'm practicing and I'm totally present with my body and mind. I've done yoga for a long time, starting in college, when it was a just a physical practice for me.

You can still get an intro offer after taking a free class from a promotion or a referral by a friend. We have membership options that fit every lifestyle, practice schedule, and budget and I'm certain we can get you on a plan that meshes perfectly with your goals and needs.
Yoga Teacher Training

Continue your journey into yoga with our expert-guided Kansas City Metro Area yoga teacher training in our Olathe yoga studio. Trainee can miss 8 hours without making up any missed hours. After 8 hours of missed time, trainee is required to make up missed modules with the trainers during the next teacher training or at a mutually agreed upon time before graduation.
Beginner Series
Report
Beginner Series includes blocks and strap rental at no additional cost (mats are available for purchase and are 20% off). In the event of bad weather and the studio is closed, the class will be rescheduled. If you can't make the make up class, just choose a class on the schedule that sounds good to you and take it!
