This includes a variety of vinyasa yoga classes, pilates, belly dancing, meditation, self-esteem building for teens, and massage therapy. This class is tailored for beginner's but also suited for intermediate level yogis. No previous yoga experience is necessary. The focus is on alignment, sequencing, organic movement, stretch and flexibility. The pace is moderate to slow, sometimes holding asanas (postures) for several breaths, building endurance, and bringing physical and spiritual strength together.
