We are inspired by Baron Baptiste's Journey Into Power sequence, a power vinyasa style that is practiced in a heated room. You will get a challenging class and we ask that you listen to your body and take modifications if needed. You will gain flexibility! Everyone comes to the mat at different levels, every pose can be modified, adapted and adjusted.

Private classes and private group classes are available- call to schedule yours or to make a date with your coworkers! We offer an Energy Exchange Program if you would rather trade your skill/service for yoga classes_ just ask!

Talk to us about your event and we'll organize a fun, empowering experience for your group. Private instruction enables you to dive deep into your personal practice and facilitates your growth.

We understand that yoga can be a luxury not everyone can afford. Our energy exchange program provides anyone the opportunity to deepen their practice and become a bigger part of our community regardless of the financial situation. In exchange for your service to community or skill, you can receive full access to all classes, equipment included.
