As recent buyers of a home in North Scottsdale, we were so astonished and concerned with the lack of communication that we and our agent received from Mr. Brophy, the SELLERS Agent during the entire transaction. Throughout the process, we continued to ask our agent important questions to ask Mr. Brophy that would help make our purchase decision. Unfortunately Mr. Brophy, the sellers agent was not responsive at all.
Infact, his response was sometimes a week late and when we eventually did hear from him, his responses were not thorough nor complete making it very frustrating. One example
