Using the moon as a guide, we will follow the light as it travels from the hidden depths of the underworld to its full and radiant expression. Enjoy guided meditations, mindful movement and breath practices, and symbolic Hastas (hand gestures) to deepen your personal devotional practice.
We interpret yoga as the practice of joining body, breath, and intention - not just on the mat, but everywhere we go and in everything we do. Classes are held at the Natural Law Apothecary. Located in downtown Salt Lake City, this holistic haven provides our gorgeous upstairs space, as well as massage services and bodywork, herbal teas, remedies, elixirs and more.
