We are beyond pleased with the acquisition of our new vehicle. We came in October looking for a Rav4 and we were greatly assisted by Mustafa. He not only helped us to choose but also provided great insight about the multiple options, based on what we needed. Given the current situation with limited availability of vehicles and long waiting to get one, Mustafa was great on finding a perfect fit, although we had to wait until December. We agreed on that and waited. December came and we got an update by Mustafa informing of an additional waiting time due to the spike in COVID cases making shipment

Brought my 4runner in for just an oil change and tire rotation. Made an appointment for 915am. I'm in the lobby waiting and it's almost 5pm...still not finished! Do not come here for service unless you want to waste your day. They did end up giving me a free oil change, thus the 3 stars up from one.

Purchased a 22 Tundra from these folks. Great customer service and communication. No hidden fees or games. Process was smooth and transparent end to end. My salesman, William Goldenberg was exceptionally knowledgeable about their product offerings. He was willing and able to do a lot of our deal remotely as I live in eastern Mass.He was always available via Texts and Emails. Very quick response and attentive to needs. They were very accommodating about doing things remotely to secure a vehicle and arrange/schedule delivery at the dealership when it was ready.

Both Mike and Carol were very helpful with the purchase of a 2022 Toyota Corolla hatchback. An issue that was not obvious at the time of the sale was completely taken care of. The Corolla is a technological marvel and came at a fair price.

This is my fourth Toyota (Avalon, Camry, Highlander and just picked up my new Highlander). Will never go to any other car company because I know Toyota's are reliable. The staff at Balise are always pleasant to deal with and willing to go out of their way to make sure their customers are happy! Great customer service!!!
