Had a simple, transparent, frictionless buying experience with BMW of West Springfield with my used SUV purchase. Our Sales Person Gezim and his Mgr Jason were very Professional and Courteous. We purchased a used Jeep Rubicon and are very happy with our purchase and the entire Sales Process. The Finance Mgr Stacy was very knowledgeable and Professional as well. The Service Dept was also very helpful and accommodating.
