Sales executive Vecdet Yagtu was knowledgeable, no pressure, kind, considerate, and patient with all of my questions! He was incredibly helpful and attentive to every detail!
Business manager Erica Giannelli was so nice! She was very helpful, kind and patient as she explained my contract and options. She also worked hard getting my financing approved as quickly as possible.
And last, but not least, sales executive genius Christian McDavid truly is a genius! He showed me all the features in my car in a clear understandable way, he programmed my phone so that it would communicate with my car and he was kind and patient as I asked him many questions!

I just lease my fourth Volvo from Gengras Volvo Cars East Hartford. It's always a great experience to deal with this dealership. My salesman, Vecdet was so knowledge of all his cars and helped me decide which one would fit my needs and budget. I leased a beautiful XC60 and it fit my budget well. He helped to take the confusion away and I left thrilled with my new car.
Erika was wonderful to work with during the signing of all the financial papers. She was very good at explaining all the different factors that makes up your payment. She also made it enjoyable and relaxing as I signed all the contracts
Christian saved me after all the decisions were made. I'm not sure of his exact job description, but he orients you to your car. He took as much time as I needed to understand all the features my Volvo is equipped with and he made sure I knew I was welcomed to return to the dealership or call him if I had any questions. He has a great teaching style that made me feel less intimidated with all the features of my new Volvo.

My husband and I had an incredible experience with Gengras—especially with Yola. After a less-than-great visit to a Volvo dealership closer to home in the Hudson Valley, we decided to expand our search for a new car for our growing family. I went to Gengras Volvo after admiring a stranger’s XC40 which was comparable in size to my Audi Q3 that I was looking to replace. She spoke highly of everyone at Gengras and she wasn’t wrong. Julian was so knowledgeable and spit out so many facts that you’d think he built the car himself! Although I loved the vehicle and my experience there, I wasn’t ready to give up the sportiness of my Audi and ultimately bought another Q3 but I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Julian as he clearly cares about and loves the brand. I would definitely consider another visit the next time I’m ready for a new vehicle!

I picked up my new XC90 from Gengras Volvo last weekend. This is my 3rd Volvo from this dealership and I can’t say enough about it. The Volvo name speaks for itself. There is nothing to not like about this car. But I would be remiss if I didn’t emphasize how awesome this dealership is every time we go there. We have the same sales rep, Vecdet, every time we get a new car. He is kind, professional and knowledgeable. It’s always such a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Christian helped me update all the settings. He had such positive energy and made the experience comfortable and easy. My husband and I always comment on how seamless the experience is and how appreciative we are that we always leave the dealership satisfied. Highly recommend Gengras and Vecdet & Christian.

Service was done in a timely manner. Such a pleasant morning. The sales and service area are clean and the waiting area has coffee and snacks.
