I wish I could provide a rating better than 5 stars for my experience with Hoffman Audi! I have never had a better car buying experience than I had on Saturday, October 16, 2021. From the concierge service provided by Mike Telep, the Sales Manager, to the expertise of Amaury Bruno, the Brand Specialist, and Julie Hoang the Digital Brand Specialist, the team went above and beyond in making sure we were well taken care of. I have used the Porsche Service team since 2014, and have always had stellar experience. Ethan Gombossy is definitely the most knowledgeable service advisor you will ever have the privilege to work with. If you have any issue with any Porsche, Ethan can help. Also, the technicians care about the cars they work on and you can tell in the small details. Seriously, this service center is not just "we fix, you pay." They care, and in today's society that is hard to come by. Well done !
