From a young age, our students are taught not to use what they learn in the dojo, unless presented with danger. At this early stage, we begin to help them develop awareness and basic self-defense skills, all while having fun. At Barr Karate, we care about the wellbeing, growth and empowerment of our Junior Dragons.
Karate Cares
Report
Karate Cares Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) foundation started by Soke Larry Barr. The goal of this foundation is to help enrich his students' lives through the power of karate. The money raised through Karate Cares helps towards paying for outside tournament fees for those in need of extra help, taking students on fun dojo family outings, enrichment field trips, college tuition scholarships, and more.
