At Beltquest Jiu Jitsu located in West Orange, New Jersey, we devotedly study and train in the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. It seems like we see a news report every week talking about the bullying epidemic that has become so common in our schools and among our young generation. In 2016 there have been 15,679 cases of bullying, violence and vandalism reported among New Jersey students alone. In the US as many as 150,000 kids miss school due to fear and harassment from bullies.

At our academy, our fundamentals / beginner program is developed and based around core techniques that every Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practitioner should know and use as a starting point of their knowledge. With this program, students will be able to understand movement and receive an introduction into more advanced Brazilian Jiu Jitsu techniques.
