CTS Strength & Conditioning
Our mission and purpose at CTS is to provide the best fitness training programs, atmosphere, and experience for our members to allow them to reach their personal fitness goals. It can be confusing and frustrating trying to navigate through the world of fitness and nutrition. Often times the hardest part of any routine is simply showing up and putting in the consistent and necessary work needed to reach a big goal.

We aim to eliminate any and all guesswork needed to succeed. All we ask of our members is to simply show up and we'll take care of the rest. No more waiting for machines, no more long lines, no more trying to navigate through busy peak hours when it's impossible to get a quality workout in. At CTS, we take care of everything from programming the workouts to the warm-ups and cool-downs.

Adult Fitness

This meeting takes around 20 minutes and will give you an idea of how the program works, our training schedule, what to expect, and more. We will also uncover your goals and make sure we're the right fit for what you're looking to achieve.

After the consultation and we've gotten a good handle on your fitness goals, we invite you to experience our program first-hand for one week completely risk-free to see the difference before you make a final decision.We make it simple and easy to join. No enrollment or annual fees, or contracts that are impossible to get out of.
Sports Performance

Get Faster and Stronger, Build Confidence and Self-Esteem, and Gain Attention from Scouts and Coaches. Increase their speed so they can run as fast as they can. Speed is a skill that must be trained - any athlete can get faster and this is what can make or break a big game, showcase, or combine.

Increase their agility and quickness so they can change direction faster, move up and down the field or court better, and be able to react and make big plays.Get stronger so they can become more resilient and reduce the chance of developing overuse injuries. Not only this, strength training has been shown to help boost jumping power and posture as well.

If you want to help your son or daughter stay active in a supportive and fun environment, learn good exercise and nutrition habits, and get in shape for other activities or sports, then this program is for them. These training sessions are 50 minutes in duration and are designed to help improve speed, agility, coordination, balance, quickness, and overall fitness.
