MICHAEL FIRICANO is a certified strength & conditioning/boxing coach who takes a no nonsense approach to training. He leaves behind the gimmicks and fad diets and replaces them with good old hard work and perseverance. After competing in local amateur boxing events he packed up and head west to Los Angeles, California.

It was there he was training in some of the top boxing gyms in the states soaking up the knowledge and training techniques of some of the best trainers in the world. BRIAN MORRISEY is a member of USA Boxing and has been involved with Firicano Boxing & Fitness Center from the early stages.

Absolutely Not, We will show you the ropes and teach you how to get the most out of our program the safe and effective way. We have the blueprint to a better you! All you have to do is keep showing up and we will take care of the rest. We encourage all new people to go at their own pace and take as many breaks as you need.

This Class is the first of its kind! It is a 45 minute Cardio, Strength, and Ab blast. Using the jump rope, weights and your core you will build overall strength and endurance while losing weight and tightening that mid section. A real Calorie scorcher! Although this is a non-contact boxing bootcamp, I'd like to start off by saying " this is not a cardio boxing class!"

Boxing Club has a new format for Kids/Teen boxing that will enhance your child's experience. We have "Boxing Club" Monday thru Friday at 4pm and Saturdays at 9am.

Using indoor cycling bikes we focus on endurance and strength, using intervals, such as a warm up, steady uptempo cadences, sprints and climbs to ensure a high intensity workout in a small group setting. After a 30 minute ride, it's time to lace up the gloves and go round for round heavy bag training, using different drills and combinations to finish out the second half of this action packed hour long class.
