Yes, there is an option for one-on-one and small group training for those who want more attention, however space is often limited. All of our fitness trainers are certified and competent in their specialty. Contact us for more details. Although THE WAY LLC is a registered boxing gym, no one is ever forced to spar/box another person.
Providing under-resourced military veterans and at-risk students strength and purpose through fitness training at The Way LLC. Do you know an at-risk student between the ages of 13-18 in the North Shore area who lacks financial resources and could use fitness training as a means of giving them strength and purpose in their life?
My passions include boxing/martial arts, strength & conditioning and the science of biomechanics. I also enjoy philosophy, psychology and art/music. Massage therapy to me is a perfect vessel to help others improve their lives while also learning and practicing what I love.

I've worked with a diverse population of clients over the years for a wide range of chronic and acute muscular issues, and particularly enjoy working with athletes, fighters and martial artists.

Great local boxing/fitness gym. Brandon does a fantastic job giving each person personalized attention. A bit difficult to find your first time around (backside of the building). It's a great deal with a variety of workout classes and worth every penny!

I know several people that have gone to The Way to help prepare for Spartan Races and Tough Mudders. I don't have much interest in those, but I do try to work out regularly. Normally I just go to the gym and do my own thing but I decided I'd give The Way a shot. I have to say it was an awesome experience!
