At Old City Swim School it's our mission to teach every single person we work with to love and appreciate the water as much as we do. We've spent countless summers in our local neighborhood pools and beaches growing up. We've played every possible game that you can play in the water - from sharks and minnows to Water Polo.

Our Award Winning Competitive Team swims year round with tryouts beginning in the summer (June & July). A tryout is required to begin the registration process. Our Developmental Stroke School is devoted to competitive stroke instruction with an emphasis on balance in the water through specialized drills.

Metro Wellness Institute Inc. is a DC based fitness and health company that is dedicated to providing CPR, First Aid, and private swimming lessons to people across the country. We believe that everyone should acquire basic CPR/AED, First Aid, and swimming skills. We also believe that these necessary skills should be learned in the simplest way possible
